Website Use and Information
Last updated: August 17, 2026. This website is operated by INCA Hospitality Inc. under the name Oasis Express. By using oasisexpress.ca, you agree to these Terms. Website content, menus, package descriptions, images and prices are provided for general information and may be changed without notice. An enquiry or quote request is not an accepted order. A catering order is confirmed only when Oasis Express issues written confirmation and any required payment or deposit is received. If a written quote, invoice or signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, that document controls for the applicable order.
Catering Orders, Menus and Allergies
Catering packages are generally available for groups of 25 or more. Availability, final guest count, menu selections, service details, taxes, delivery, setup, payment schedule, deposits, changes and cancellation terms will be stated in the quote, invoice or order confirmation. Seventy-two hours' notice is recommended, but availability is not guaranteed. Menu items and ingredients may change. Customers must disclose allergies and dietary requirements before confirmation. Although we take reasonable care, our kitchen handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Food must be stored, handled and consumed safely after pickup or delivery.
Third-Party Orders, Payments and Liability
Orders placed through Uber Eats or another third-party platform are also subject to that platform's terms, fees, delivery rules and refund process. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment provider. Oasis Express is not responsible for delays, outages or actions outside our reasonable control, but nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Oasis Express is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or third-party services.
